  • Track Dashers on a live map and view delivery status

  • Refund or replace items, including partial quantities

    • Updates sync back to your POS to reduce reconciliation issues

  • Adjust prep time or mark orders ready for pickup

How you access the DoorDash POS Order Manager depends on your integration provider. DoorDash doesn't enable access directly — your POS or middleware provider controls access.

  2. Tap DoorDash Order Help

  1. Open any DoorDash order in the Checkmate Portal

  2. Select Manage
