How to Refund Orders
Merchants can issue full or partial refunds for eligible Online Ordering pickup and delivery orders directly in the Merchant Portal or on your DoorDash Tablet. Refunds are processed immediately, and customers are typically reimbursed within seven business days, depending on their bank.
