Who can access or edit my banking information?

Access to banking information depends on a user's permission level in the Merchant Portal:

  • Business Group Admins, Admins, and Managers: Can view and edit banking information

  • Store Operators: Cannot view or edit banking information

If you need to update access, review your user permissions in the Merchant Portal.

Why don't the last four digits of my bank account look correct?

If your bank account number is fewer than 17 digits, DoorDash automatically adds zeros to meet internal formatting requirements. This may cause the last four digits shown in the Merchant Portal to look different from what you entered.

For example:

  • If a bank account number entered ends in 3400, but the number is 16 digits long, the system adds zeros to the end, displaying the last four digits as 4000 in the Merchant Portal
