Meet Han Dynasty

Han Chiang started the first Han Dynasty restaurant in Philadelphia over 15 years ago with the goal of disrupting the typical Sichuan food scene in America. Despite having no restaurant experience, Chiang was inspired to start the restaurant by his mother, Lung Lung.
